I made an appointment at the Neal Tire in Columbus, IN two weeks prior for 9am on 7/20/26. I drop my car off a little after 9am and was informed by the manager the tires I had ordered were sold to someone else. He smiled and joked that he hopes to have my tires there around noon. I had not heard from Neal tire at noon so I called around 3:30 and was informed the tires just arrived. Why wasn’t I informed the tires I ordered were sold. I could of rescheduled my appointment

Super disappointed with the Taylorville location and lack of professionalism by the male employee behind the counter. My bf works out of town & went in on a Saturday (after calling several times because no one answered) to get my car in for new tires. We didn’t care of time or day - whatever worked for them. He talked to this same employee, told him everything we needed (because I’m absolutely clueless), and gave him his payment info. The guy said to bring it in on Monday at 9am because the tire truck comes in at a certain time- great. The employee Wrote down all the information/ tires/ what needs done & we were ready to go. On Monday, I dropped off at 845 am. I went in, gave my keys and said I was here for an appt at 9 for tires (I just assumed it was an appt because that’s the time he said to come in) & gave him the bf name is was under & that he took care of it all on Saturday … the guy mumbles we don’t take tire appt - I didn’t understand what he said at first, he was kind of slurring his words - when I finally understand, I was like cool, I was just told to drop off at 9 am (looking on the website it clearly says tire appts- but again, not even bothered by it- my sister was co

Chuck at Neal Tire is definitely a man of his word. I had a situation with my vehicle that I didn’t have prior to taking it in to be serviced. I initially could not get it back in due to my work hours being the same as the time frames that they were open. Once Chuck and I did finally connect, he definitely made the situation right 100% at no cost to myself. I would definitely use them again.

I started going to Neal Tire a few years ago. Now it's the only place I go for tires. I love the Cooper brand. Chuck can order them for me and have them within a day. A day after that, I'm rolling with fresh wheels. I used to shop around for better pricing. Neal is usually always the cheapest. If they're not, it's usually within a few bucks. But I'd rather pay the difference for the wonderful service.

Chuck was great. Met his girlfriend while I was flying my drone as we waited for my car to get done. Turned out there was no problem with my car. Chuck warned me that my back brake pads needed to be replaced knowing that I was going to do it myself and I had a pleasant time. They were pleasant people. I would recommend anybody go there..
